Return & Refund Policy

At Kids Crew, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Customized or personalized products


2. Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Size issues (too big, too small)

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong item sent by us

  • Change of mind (item must be unused)


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at kidscrew.pk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos if applicable (especially for damaged/defective items)

Step 2: We will confirm your request and arrange a doorstep pickup for the item.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.


4. Shipping Responsibility

Your choice (size issue, change of mind) You cover pickup and return shipping

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned due to size issues (within policy terms)

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong items sent by us

  • Non-delivered items (payment captured but not shipped)

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • Time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items

  • Items returned after 7 days


6. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are available for size only, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no extra cost.


8. Gift Returns
  • Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Please provide the original order number for verification.
