How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. Stay tuned — we plan to expand soon!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What if my package is delayed?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and online card payments.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes! All online payments are processed via secure and trusted payment gateways.
Can I pay partially or in installments?
Currently, we accept full payments only.
Do you charge extra for COD?
No extra charges for COD within Pakistan.
When will I get a payment confirmation?
You will receive an instant confirmation via email or SMS once the payment is completed.
Order Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer easy returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Scan the QR code on your flyer or visit kidscrew.pk → go to Orders & Returns, and follow the instructions.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For defective or wrong items, we cover shipping. For other returns/exchanges, the customer pays shipping.
When will I get my refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacement orders are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.
